Burial DatabaseClick on the picture link below for a full listing of burial indexes done up to January 2008. It is also a good listing of parishes which our society covers!
Can't find a particular burial? It could be on our database of over 700,000 burials. This includes many not yet published by us and around 280,000 added since the NBI CD (1st edition) was published in April 2000.
The date range is mainly 1750 - 1900.
10 - 15% of burials are of people who, at the time of their death, did not live in their parish of origin - some from other parishes, but others from adjoining counties and some from far distant ones.
We will extract all records of a named person. It helps to have the date and place when last known to be alive, e.g. Joseph CUMMINS, 1851, Stockton, wife Mary
For £2 per name (up to 5 pages) you would get a list of burials, with full details from Parish registers, of ALL Joseph CUMMINS buried after 1851, Variants, e.g. Josh/Jos/Jo COMYNS CUMIN etc. will be included. (Cost for a larger number of printouts is negotiable) Payment by cheque [regret sterling only] or UK stamps enclosing a self addressed envelope or 2 IRCs or enclose email address.
